If you are unhappy with any of the wines
your have ordered from us we will issue you either with a refund
or replace the items without any fuss*.

Our customer guarantee is simply a
way to show our commitment to the quality of our wines and our
service level in general.
Wine returns:
If you are unhappy with any of our wines,
please contact the sales office on 0845 230 3773 within 72 hours
of opening and we will arrange either for a full refund or
replacement.
* Vintage Champagne
If you are unhappy with on of our vintage
Champagnes, we must be notified within 24 hours of opening the
bottle, either via email at
customer-support@citychampagnes.com or by
calling 0845 230 3773 during office hours, so that we can arrange
the return of the wine. The wine must be re-sealed and once we
have received it back to our offices it will be examined by one of our
team of experts.
If the Champagne is found to be faulty, in that
there is a specific fault e.g. if the bottle is corked, we will
replace the bottle - however if we cannot detect any real
'fault' with the Champagne withdraw the right to offer a full
refund. In the rare event that the vintage has
finished, we will either offer a similar product from the same
vintage, or another vintage Champagne of the same or higher
quality.
