Whether you need to send a last minute gift or celebrate a big deal or event spontaneously, we have the ideal solution.

Our same day delivery service is available within Greater London ONLY and offers a unique service with unrivalled turn-around times and reliability, with deliveries typically taking about 2 to 3 hours following your order.

This service is available to both business and private / residential addresses*, and orders must usually be placed before 3.30pm. For information pricing and for full terms please see below.

How to order a London same day delivery?

To order online, simply add your item(s) to your basket in the usual way, and when you get to the "Delivery Options" page during the Checkout, simply choose the same day delivery option - the correct pricing will be displayed automatically based on the item(s) and delivery postcode.

REALLY  last minute deliveries!

If you have an even tighter deadline we can send your items on a priority service** which can be as little as one hour - please note that this service is ONLY available for orders placed by phone, so please call the sales team on 0845 230 3773 for availability on this service prior to placing an order.

* IMPORTANT - Residential addresses:

This service is available for deliveries to private / residential addresses, however please be aware that if no one is available to receive the delivery, we will make every attempt to leave the goods either safe with a neighbour, or to be left in a safe place.

However, if there is no neighbour, or there is no safe place to leave the goods, the goods will be returned back to us, which will incur extra costs, and this will be charged to the sender, even if the goods are not successfully delivered. For the items to be resent, a further delivery charge will have to be paid.

**  IMPORTANT - Priority Service:

This service must be ordered via the PHONE, and is only available in central London. Small items are sent on courier motorcycles and "usually" do not encounter any problems with making the deadlines that we give our couriers. Larger items may be sent on vans which are obviously more susceptible to traffic problems.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure your gift arrives within the deadline, we cannot be held responsible for problems outside our control such as mechanical failure with our courier's vehicles, traffic accidents or excessive traffic jams.

We obviously advise customers to give us as much time as possible when sending same day items, due to the nature of London traffic, however, you can rest assured that in 99% of the time we make the delivery on time!
