  Next working day UK:

   

  Our official order deadline for UK next working day delivery is 4.30pm. This will be displayed during the checkout as the next available delivery day if you have passed this time.

  However, if you have an urgent delivery, please call the sales team on 0845 230 3773 and we will do our best to get the package sent out.

   

  London same day:

   

  We use London based couriers, please allow up to 2-3 hours for delivery; we suggest 3.00pm as a cut-off for same day delivery, but you are welcome to call the sales team to see if we can turn it around any quicker.   Next day to Europe:

   

  Deadline is 3.00pm - order made after this will not make the link in order to get it to Europe on a next day service.

• Gift cards & messages

  Gift cards & messages

   

  During checkout, you will come to the Gift Cards & Messages page, which is specifically designed to enable you to enter a gift message and choose how you would like to include it. If you do not need to add a message, you can simply "skip" to the order summary page.

   

  If you are sending gifts to multiple recipients, each person can have their own unique gift card and message.

  To add a wooden presentation box for a gift, either click the product link on the basket list to the left, and choose a presentation option from the drop down on the product detail page, or click here to view the Wooden box list page.

   

• Multiple deliveries

  Multiple deliveries

   

  This website has a very simple to use function for sending gifts to Multiple recipients.

   

  When you reach the Delivery Address page after registration, simply click the "Multiple Delivery" button and you will be able to enter individual addresses against specific recipients.

   

  Alternatively, if you have a very large order, e.g. over 20 recipients, you can use our unique Multiple Gift spreadsheet.

  N.B. This will take you away from the basket page but you can return to it at any time by clicking the Shopping Bag link at top right of any page.

• About the Basket page

  About the Basket Page

   

  The basket page contains all the items that you wish to buy. You can change the quantity of a particular item just by ammending the number in the "Quantity" field and then by clicking the update button.

   

  You can also remove items from your basket by clicking the "Remove" button, or if you want to add more produsts to your basket, simply click the "Continue shopping" button and then add more items in the usual way.
